Different Weight Loss Methods Without Exercise Or Naturally


Nowadays many people try to find a different method to lose weight  and it’s very common questions that have been asked and search several times on the internet. 1. Stay hydrated

You can also drink water 30 minutes before your meal it will help you eat fewer calories and you can also feel a sense of fullness and reduce hunger.

2. Adding protein to your diet

Adding protein to your diet has been linked to weight loss, even without exercise or calorie restriction. This may because protein has a powerful effect on appetite and several hormones that play a role in hunger and it can increase the feeling of fullness, you can also include some protein-rich food on your diet like egg white, chicken breast, fish, yoghurt, Red meat and nuts.

3. Eating fibre

Eating more soluble fibre can also help you to prevent weight gain. One study linked a 10-gram increase in daily soluble fibre intake to a 3.7% lower risk of gaining weight. Including plenty of fibre in the diet increase the feeling of fullness, potentially leading to weight loss, you can include fibre rich foods like whole grain, oats, brown rice, barley, dried fruits, peas, beans, pulses, nuts and seeds.

4. Avoid sugar and refined carbohydrate

These days on peoples diet is increasing in added sugar and this has a definite link to obesity, even where the sugar occurs in beverage rather than foods.

Refined carbohydrate is heavily processed foods that no longer contain fibre and other nutrients. These include white rice, white bread and pasta. You can swap processed and sugary foods for more healthy foods include whole grain rice, bread and pasta instead of the white version.

Instead of beverage, you can include skimmed milk, green tea and black coffee.

5. Intermittent fasting

Several studies have indicated that short term intermittent fasting, which is up to 24 weeks in duration, leads to weight loss in overweight individuals.

You can follow the 16/8 method; fast for 16 hours and eat only during an 8 -hours window. For most people the 8-hours window would be around 12 pm to 8 pm and you can fast from 8 pm to noon. A study on this method found that eating during a restricted period resulted in the participant consuming fewer calories and losing weight.

6. Avoid stress and sleep well

People often neglect sleep and stress. In fact, both have a powerful effect on your appetite and weight. Poor sleep and excess stress may imbalances several important appetite-regulating hormones and causing you to eat more.

So at least try to sleep 7 to 8 hours per night and try to take less stress by which you can achieve your goal.

Weight loss process is the slow process you need to strictly follow your diet, routine and track your calories.
